I.Product Features:

1. This filter is specially designed according to the characteristics of the oil in high-pressure oil stations and diluting stations of the boiler system of a power plant. The high-viscosity vacuum oil filter has received a national patent(patent No.: ZL200420061086.0), and is suitable for oil treatment with a fairly high viscosity.

2. The vacuum separation is conducted through a separation device with an inflator. This is a new patented technology(patent N..ZL200420060968.5). It employs a particular stainless, foldable column for dehydration and degassing, and enlarges the area of oil separation to facilitate three-dimensional evaporation, so as to obtain enough time for degassing and achieve the best separation effect.

3. It adopts a new-type heating device(patent No.:ZL02276238.8), which has a low heating load and is able to prevent oil from ageing.

4. It uses an imported liquid ring vacuum pump and takes cooling liquid(or water) as a lubricating medium. Thus it wont matter if gas enters the vacuum pump,, and there is no troublesome thing to change the medium-functioning oil in the rotary-vane vacuum pump.

5. Its oil level control adopts a photoelectric mode (with main components imported from Switzerland ) and features a very sensitive and precise control. Even foams can be sensed, and thus there is no possibility of oil spray. (Spray-free patent No.ZL200420060973.6)

6. It adopts special high-viscosity oil feed pump and particular oil treatment. Therefore there will be no oil leakage, low operational noise, and long useful life.

7. It also features a scientifically desighed precision filtering element. In this purifier, China-made filtering elements can be interreplaced with Italy-imported ones so that customers can resort to a suitable filtering material according to the oils quality. Thus the use costs and oil treatment effects can be taken into balanced account. Meanwhile when an imported filtering element selected, if the over-pressure protective system is adopted, the purifier can ensure smooth oil flow even though the pressure is high.

8. The pipelines and oil tank, made of stainless steel, have been designed to go through anticorrosion treatment. Thus it can work continuously for a long period.
